2. Measuring the spread of information e.g. how many people have seen, read, and understood the policies or changes
3. Improving the capacity and learning for adoption of new policies and technologies
4. Large scale learning for last mile workers
5. Knowledge management
6. Building patient and community knowledge and learning for adherence, and measuring results
7. South-south and peer-to-peer collaboration and engagement

RETS can help public health programs respond to emergencies, new policies, reforms, demographic changes and emerging disease patterns. It can be applied for emergency needs or for regular ongoing training of health workforce.
RETS’ approach combines real-time digital access to technical assistance via experts, and peer-to-peer collaboration and discussion. Users can access updated information, or request for information that can be provided by other peers, irrespective of geographical barriers. The other key feature of RETS is its ability to provide real-time measurement in improvement of knowledge, skills and attitude of the health workforce.
